Discipline has always been my greatest enemy

Been a while..heck been forever since my last update..boredom pushes me to write again..

For the last 4 years i have been indulging in various sorts of food, carbonated drinks without any restraints and worry, only to suddenly realise December last year that I've become overweight, heck i was obese (although not near to "the biggest loser" level). So what happened? Looked for a gym while unemployed and joined it for a month, suddenly two weeks in, got a job offer, and never seen the gym or the people inside since. Alternative? Bought dumbbells and gym balls to work out at home. Went crazy with those for 3-4 days and then,

Taa daaa, those things collects dust more efficiently rather than being used for workout by me.

They say discipline and perseverence is the key to obtaining your desires, however, with 4 years worth of unrestricted indulgence, i'm having a hard time following the workout schedule, diet etc. Hence, I get demotivated and then accept that I am never going to be lean, and mean, or even get married, only to get motivated again and get disciplined for another 3-4 days, and the cycle repeats itself.

This post is to signify that I will do the best of my abilities to become more disciplined and persistant and get that lean body figure i've always wanted. Not going to care what other people say or think, i'm going to work hard for the cause that i think is right. I already lost 8kg from last year, whats to stop me from losing another 10? Myself thats what.

Saban hari makin rasa kosong hidup ini..bermacam2 keje da yg ak apply..2,3 je yg call balik panggil interview...setakat ni f&n ngan IJM je yg da ak lepas disoal siasat...gementar tu toksah nk cite ar..
Malam sblm interview seperti biasa ak akan practice dpn cermin...sampai nk retak cermin tu ak berlatih.."i graduated from..., i graduated from...". End up bila ak g interview soalan first interviewer tu tny.."do u have a girlfriend atm?".. mau hilang sume yg ak da practice...gile unexpected soalan tu...

"no girlfriend?, MUahahahaha so pathetic!"

Ini laa tips yg ak leh bg pada mana2 yg nak dgr..xnk dgr takpe maklumlah ak pon baru je 2 interview:

1. Jgn dressing selekeh2...at least kemeja lengan panjang and slack..sinar mata interview tu boleh nampak beza dia lepas dia tgk dressing korg

2. Practice practice and practice..minimise the chances of getting tonguetied in te interview

3. Research is very and i mean very important..serously at least you must have basic knowledge about the company your applying for..

4. Kaji top interview questions kat google nuh..berlambak tips dia hulur..jgn nak redah ikut style rambo je..

5. Yang ni patut paling basic korg sume patut da tau...ibadat wajib jgn tinggal, yg sunat diperbanyakkan and doa dgn sepenuh hati insyaallah dpt berkat dan rezeki dr Allah S.W.T

Dalam 21 tahun aku dah hidup ni punye ramai da kawan aku jumpa..kawan tadika,sekolah rendah, sekolah menengah, uni..pasni kat alam kerja lak..tapi dalam ramai2 tu pon sgtlah byk yg ak lost contact..berapa persen je yg jumpa tu pon pakai fesbuk..

Aku ni dah terbukti seorg yg low profile dan penyegan malahan pendiam..tu yg maybe buat aku lost contact byk tu..yang mana ingat lak makin sibuk dgn macam2 cabaran..yelah hidup lah katakan..takde cabaran takdele erti..kawan2 sek. ren. mmg alamat la nk ingat..sekerat dua je mampu..yg dulu kamceng gile2 pon ada yg aku lupa nama..sek. men. pon sama je..muka leh cam tp nama tak dapat nak recall..apa punye kawan daaa aku ni..

"Malu bertanya sesat jalan" kata org..kadang2 nampak kat mana2 dlm dunia yg kecil ni..macam kenal tapi sebab segan nk tanya hilang pertalian..tp nak wat cmne mmg aku malu..mcm2 yg ak malu...ak kan da byk berubah dr dulu..yg for sure kilogram aku mmg tinggi la skang..

So, kalo mana2 korg yg cam aku kat alam luar tu tegur2 lah..ak malu awal2 je..da start borak mmg habis 3 hari 3 malam tak setel..

Kehadapan rakan2 nottingham aku yg busy agak bekerja atau mencari kerja..ak rindu tahap dewa kat korg..raya nnt turun la klang..SELAMAT HARI RAYA MAAF ZAHIR BATIN..moga korg ampun segala salah aku/hutang aku kat korg..kosong-kosong la yer

byk gile opinion berbeza beza psl adulthood ni..cam aku yg jenis still lyn anime..still kuat berangan ni..org tend to judge aku as still immature etc..yg paling aku aware since ak dah nk grad ni ada sesetengah pihak yg nasihat aku..ad yg perli aku..

tiap2 org ada pace sendiri dlm menuju kedewasaan ni...setengah org cepat matang setengah lg lambat...tp imo kematangan tu bukan lah bende yg patut dipaksa..we all will mature thru experience in life..learning from mistake...mmg la aku pon make fun kat minat org lain..tp aku tak judge diorg...aku tak suruh diorg stop..aku kutuk just enough for both parties to laugh..tak lebih batas..(kdg2 tu terlebih gak ar..sori ek kepada yg berkenaan2).

as long bende yg diminati tu tak salah disisi undang2 sama ada syariah atau majistret(dadah/lumba haram dll.), suka hati diorg lah nak buat. takde maknanya cuba buat diorg berhenti semata2 sbb korg takde minat kat bende tu...
